Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- The bouquet must be in its original condition
- Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Items must not have been damaged due to customer mishandling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your bouquet arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:
- Contact us immediately (within 24 hours preferred)
- Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- You may keep the original item while we process your claim
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange your bouquet:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Specify the desired replacement
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized bouquets (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Items returned after 48 hours
- Items damaged due to customer negligence
- Gift cards and promotional items
